The Boston Globe has published a story of mine in its Sunday travel section. Bush Boutique: Hippos and Haute Cuisine in a Zambian Safari Lodge.

It’s a little choppy. The published version is a lot shorter than what I originally submitted. Editors are always crunched for space and love cutting. But I’m happy with it. It also appears in the January 5th print edition.
