In the 70s and 80s there was a Boeing 707 parked at the Erie General Aviation Airport in Erie, Colorado (just north of Denver). It was also a restaurant. Their tag line was, "The best food you have ever had on a plane." I never ate there, and it was closed and dismantled in the 90s, I believe. They had to dismantle it because, as I recall, the Erie runway was not long enough for a 707 to take off.
And for not being a foodie, you do an admirable job!

Seeing the Ghana Airways DC10 brings back a few memories! I used to be a Customs Officer at London Heathrow and rummaged around on it more than a few occasions. One day as it taxied in I noticed that a panel right under the rear of the fuselage was missing! When we pointed this out to the crew they acted like it was a full on revival meeting at the second coming, kissing the tarmac etc! Thanks for the memories! ??

I flew for World Airways for 25 years, first the DC-10, then MD-11, and finally 747-400. We had a contract for several years with Ghana Airways using the DC-10 and MD-11. I'm sure I flew that plane at some point. Good to see it is still being used ...

On a totally unrelated note.
Singapore Airlines have just announced an interesting new route, it will be Singapore to Wellington via Canberra.
It will be the first regular international flight to operate to Canberra. It will be a retrofitted 777 operating twice a week each way
